We are pet friendly for well trained and behaved dogs. Free of charge, but you must keep them off the furniture and pick up their droppings. If we pick up after your dog a $50 fee will be charged. Need a bag, just ask!!!

Payment Policy; To hold your reservation, your credit card will be charged an advance payment equal to first night stay. The remaining days will be due upon arrival. If the guest arrives and decides to depart early, the nights not spent are non- refundable.

Cancellation Policy; 100% refundable of first night payment when cancelling at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival. If you fail to cancel or show for your reservation, in addition to your first night deposit you will also be charged for additional night stay.

If the guest arrives and decides to depart early, the nights not spent are non- refundable. Holidays require a three night minimum. Holidays are non-cancelable or refundable     

ATTN: SNOWMOBILERS Effectively immediately 1-14-2018, We will be enforcing our Standard Cancellation Policy on all new reservations. Staying open in the winter adds an exorbitant amount of cost, to heat and maintain. Cancellations will no longer be based on Snowmobile trail conditions or weather.  

Location; We are Located 18 miles North of Baldwin MI and 1 Mile West of M-37- North of 10 Mile RD. PLEASE DO NOT TURN DOWN ANY DIRT ROAD UNTIL YOU ARE WITH IN A 1/4 MILE FROM OUR RESORT. We are located a short drive to many area attractions. 47 miles south of Traverse City, 47 miles northeast of Silver Lake Sand Dunes.

Advance Purchase Rate Plan: Book in advance and save. Full payment required at time of booking. Credit card required at booking and will be charged prior to arrival for the full amount of stay as reserved. No refunds or credits for early departure, cancellation or no show. No modification allowed once reservation is confirmed. Guest must check in on arrival date or reservation will be cancelled and full payment forfeited. Email or address or telephone number required on all bookings. Reservations must be made 21 days or more in advance to qualify.
